Optimizing Performance Measurement: Belli Advisory's Work with Xclusive Uganda

Xclusive Uganda is a group of horticulture companies (Xclusive Cuttings (U) Limited, Xclusive Kalanchoe (U) Limited, Xclusive Young Plants (U) Limited and Xclusive Chrysanthemum (U) Limited) with approximately 550 employees based in Mairye Village, Busukuma Division, Nansana Municipality, and Wakiso District. As part of its desire to improve employee performance measurement, Xclusive Cuttings contracted Belli Advisory to review its performance appraisal tool with the aim of developing a revised evaluation tool for the organization.  The performance evaluation process at Xclusive Cuttings was designed to encourage, increase, and improve ongoing dialogue between supervisors and staff.
