Tailored Business Development Support to Energy Enterprises in Uganda

Provided investment readiness support to 12 renewable energy companies—6 in clean cooking and 6 in solar—of which 30% were women-led or owned. The objective was to prepare these companies for linkage to Result-Based Financing (RBF) by developing their financial models, refining business strategies, and improving their operational frameworks – thereby enhancing the financial readiness of enterprises to secure sustainable financing.
