Driving Sustainable Energy: Key Takeaways from the EnDev Global Exchange

We were thrilled to participate in the Energising Development (EnDev) Global Exchange Event, a gathering of representatives from 20 EnDev implementing countries. As a stakeholder that has worked closely with hashtag#EnDevUganda to accelerate market development for modern and renewable energy solutions, Belli Advisory shared its experiences and best practices.

During the stay-at-home field visit, we discussed successful Business Development Services (BDS) projects and additional M&E support in the clean energy sector. Our focus was on projects such as the ECooking baseline, demand-side financing studies for Energy Efficiency (EE) consumers done under the hashtag#IMEU project by Private Sector Foundation Uganda (PSFU), and district assessments for regenerative agriculture and the renewable energy nexus – done under the hashtag#SoC program by SNV Uganda.

One of the key strategies for our successful BDS implementation is our linkage to capital through our hashtag#SMECapitalFinancing service. This enables SMEs that have completed tailored BDS support to access the necessary capital for growth.
